TERMSAND CONDITIONS

These Terms andConditions (Conditions) set out the basis on which Wicked Weasel (as definedbelow) will provide accommodation and other products and services at its hostelto Customers (as defined below) and Guests (as defined below). By making aBooking (as defined below) the Customer agrees to comply with these Conditions.
1. INTERPRETATION
In these Termsand Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the followingexpressions have the following meanings:"ArrivalDate" means the date on which the Customer’s stay at the hostel is due tocommence, as per the Booking Details"Booking"means the reservation by the Customer of accommodation and any other productsand services detailed in the Booking which is accepted by Generator“BookingDetails” means the details of the Booking including the number of Guests, thenumber of rooms required, the duration of the Guests’ stay at the Hostel andany other products and/or services to be included in the Booking“Charges” meansthe charges payable by the Customer in connection with the Booking“Contract”means the contract between the Customer and Wicked Weasel in relation to theBooking“Customer”means person who makes the Booking“Wicked Weasel”means WWBH Inc (registered company number 40203085991) “Guests” meansthe Customer and any third parties they invite to the Hostel in connection withthe Booking“Hostel” meansthe hostel owned by Wicked Weasel the location of which is specified in theBooking 
2. BOOKINGS
2.1 Customerscan request Bookings via Wicked Weasel’s website.
2.2 Whenrequesting Bookings, Customers will be required to provide identificationinformation including, but not limited to, their name, contact telephone numberand email address.
2.3 No requestfor a Booking should be deemed to be accepted unless and until Wicked Weaselconfirms its acceptance and provides a booking reference, at which point theContract will come into existence.
2.4 Subject toclause 4 Wicked Weasel will use its reasonable endeavours to accommodate anyrequest from the Customer to change the Booking Details but any request tochange the dates or length of stay or add products and/or services will besubject to availability and the Customer paying for such increased length ofstay and/or products and/or services at Wicked Weasel’s standard rates fromtime to time.
2.5 Whenbooking beds in a shared room, Wicked Weasel will attempt to put people on thesame booking in the same room, however this can not be guaranteed 
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
3.1 The Chargeswill be as quoted by Wicked Weasel to the Customer upon the Customer’s requestfor a Booking.
3.2 Unlessotherwise agreed by Wicked Weasel, the Charges only cover the provision ofaccommodation at the Hostel and the Customer may incur additional chargesincluding, without limitation, charges for drinks, hygiene products and tours(the “Additional Charges”).
3.3 Customerswill be informed of the amount of the Additional Charges before they areincurred.
3.4 Bookingswill be subject to the Customer:making paymentof the Charges in full in advance or, at Wicked Weasel option, paying a bookingfee and/or deposit; and providing valid Debit or Credit Card details via whichpayment of the Charges or the balance of the Charges(as the case may be) andany Additional Charges can be taken at check in at the hostel or at the time ofbooking.
3.5 If notprepaid in full at time of booking the balance of the Charges must be paid bythe Customer immediately on checking in at the Hostel. Any Additional Chargesmust be paid either as they are incurred or, at Wicked Weasel’s option, uponthe Customer checking out at the Hostel.
3.6 Generator Hostels reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cardswithout any written approval from the customer.
3.7 Thefollowing payment methods are accepted by Wicked Weasel
3.7.1 Creditand Debit Cards
3.7.2 Cash orCredit or Debit Cards, if the Customer is paying in person at the Hostel. 
4. CANCELLATIONS
4.1. Subject toclause
4.2. the Customer may cancel the Booking without charge if notice isgiven to Wicked Weasel at least 48 hours prior to 1500 hours (local time) onthe Arrival Date.
4.2 Wherethe Customer has been offered a discounted rate on condition that the Bookingbecomes non-refundable upon cancellation then, provided the Customer has beeninformed of such Condition, in the event of cancellation of the Booking, allCharges applicable to that Booking remain payable in full.
4.3 Where the Customer fails to give sufficient notice of cancellation asper clause 4.1 or fails to arrive (no show) at the Hostel, theentire Booking will be deemed cancelled and the Customer must pay theHostel an amount equivalent to the Charges applicable to the full amount ofthe first night of the stay at the Hostel.
4.4 WickedWeasel may at any time cancel a Booking if the Hostel becomes unavailable dueto circumstances outside Wicked Weasel’s control in which case Wicked Weasel willpay the Customer a full refund of any Charges and any booking fee paid.
4.5 WickedWeasel may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided bythe Customer in accordance with clause 3.4.2 are invalid and the Customer failsto provide alternative valid details. 
5. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
5.1 Check-intime at the Hostel booked is from 1500 hrs. Check-in prior to 1500 hrs.may be available subject to prior arrangement with Wicked Weasel and subject tothe full range of services and facilities at the Hostel not being availableuntil the standard check in time.
5.2 Check-outtime at the Hostel booked is 1200 hrs. Later check-out times may be possible byprior arrangement with an additional charge and subject to availability. (Inthe absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by 1200 hrs mayresult in the Customer being charged for an additional night’s accommodation atthe standard applicable rate 
6. HOSTEL RULES
6.1 Valid photoidentification in the form of a Passport or European ID is required atcheck-in.
6.2 Customersare required to conduct themselves and ensure that their Guests conductthemselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the Hostel and must notact in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to thisrequirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Hostel in which eventall Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by theGuest.
6.3 Smoking isnot permitted inside the Hostel and only in the designated smoking areas.
6.4 TheCustomer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the Hostel byGuests or visitor of the Guest. The Guest may be liable for Wicked Weasel’s reasonablecost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of Wicked Weasel which isdamaged, soiled or lost by a Guest.
6.5 No animalsare allowed in the Hostel with the exception of guide dogs.
6.6 Under 18’scannot stay in any shared rooms, however they can stay in private rooms whenaccompanied by an adult over 18 years. Failure to adhere to this rule willresult in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
7. FOOD AND DRINK
7.1 Unlessotherwise agreed by Wicked Weasel, the Charges do not include any food ordrink.
7.2 Customersand their Guests may only consume drinks purchased from Wicked Weasel in thehostel.  
8. DISABLED GUESTS
8.1 Customerswith any special requirements pertaining to a disability should inform themanagement team at the Hostel prior the Booking is made. 
9. Wicked Weasel’SLIABILITY
9.1 Nothing inthese Conditions purports to limit or exclude the Wicked Weasel’s liabilityfor:(a) death orpersonal injury caused by the negligence of Wicked Weasel its employees,subcontractors or agents;(b) fraud orfraudulent misrepresentation; or(c) any othermatter for which it would be illegal for the Hostel to limit or exclude itsliability.
9.2 If WickedWeasel breaches these Conditions or is negligent, it is responsible for theloss of damage suffered by the Customer that is a foreseeable result of thebreach of negligence but are not responsible for any loss or damage that is notforeseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequenceof Wicked Weasel s breach of these Conditions or if they were contemplated by WickedWeasel and the Customer when they entered into the Contract.
9.3 TheCustomer agrees that Wicked Weasel is only supplying its facilities, productsand services to the Customer for private use and have no liability to theCustomer for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption orloss of business opportunity.
10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1 WickedWeasels treatment of Customers data follows the EU General Data ProtectionRegulation (GDPR).
10.2 TheCustomer herby consents to Wicked Weasel collecting of the Customers personaldata such as name, surname, email address, social security number, customernumber, address, contact information and details of the bank account number andIP number.
10.3 Thepersonal data is used by Wicked Weasel for the performance of the Contract andfor marketing and as a basis for statistics and for Wicked Weasels productdevelopment. Wicked Weasel has the right to share your personal data with itspartners for advertisement and promotion.
10.4 Thepersonal data may be analyzed and grouped for the selection, prioritization andplanning of the marketing of Wicked Weasel, so-called profiling.
10.5 As acustomer of Wicked Weasel, you agree to receive marketing information via mail,telephone, or e-mail and text messages, and other digital channels.
10.6 Personalinformation is disclosed to authorities only when it is required by law orofficial order.
11. GENERAL
11.1 TheCustomer’s rights as a consumer under consumer protection legislation from timeto time in force shall not be affected by these Conditions.
11.2 WickedWeasel may transfer its rights and obligations under the Contract to anotherorganisation but will always inform the Customer if this happens and this willnot affect the Customer’s rights under the contract.
11.3 WickedWeasel will not be liable to the Customer for any failure to perform ordelaying in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is due to anevent outside Wicked Weasel’s control (including without limitation, extremeadverse weather, industrial action or natural disaster). If such an eventprevents Wicked Weasel from fulfilling the Booking, either party may cancel theContract.
11.4 WickedWeasel may, from time to time, change these Conditions without notice. However,the version of these Conditions in force at the time of the Booking willcontinue to apply to the Contract. Customers are advised to check Wicked Weasel’swebsite for the latest version of these Conditions before making a Booking.
11.5 WickedWeasel complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the“Act”) in relation to data protection. Wicked Weasel will process personal data(as defined in the Act) in relation to Customers and Guests solely for thepurpose of performing its obligations and exercising its rights in connectionwith the Contract. Wicked Weasel will not provide any such personal data to anythird parties apart from third parties who provide services to Wicked Weaselsuch as the provision of legal advice.
11.6 No failureby Wicked Weasel to enforce these Conditions shall constitute a waiver of theright to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of theseConditions. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding orsubsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.
11.7 If anyprovision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalidor unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions ofthese Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not beaffected.
11.8 TheseContract (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arisingtherefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed inaccordance with, the laws of Latvia and the court of Latvia will have jurisdictionto deal with any disputes (including in relation to non-contractual matters)arising in connection with it.
11.9 No personwho is not a party to the Contract will have any rights in connection with it.
